Sling weights like a classic chunkhead with a lot less pain using this beginner arm toning exercise move. By moving weights across your body, one at a time, you'll challenge your biceps and pectorals but not break them.
Dumbbells can be of any weight; just make sure you can hold it without great difficulty (if your arms are shaking just holding it in your hands, it's probably too heavy).
